When we found out we were going to have a son, the question of circumcision was not one that immediately came up but when it did was not exactly clear cut. I decided to look around at my different options available. My initial telephone conversation with Aubie was what sealed it for me. He made me feel that the procedure was going to be quick, safe and with as little pain as possible. I was glad to see that his list of items to bring included pre-procedure pain relief and on going pain relief. Eventhough we requested the non-ceremonial circumcision, as we are evangelical Christians, he was more than happy to accommodate our request to do it on the 8th day. He was kind, courteous, informative and friendly during the entire course. We are so happy that we decided to go with Aubie instead of the hospital.

We were referred to Dr Diamond for our second son’s circumcision, and couldn’t have been happier with the process! Dr Diamond was warm and caring towards us and our son, and explained the procedure thoroughly, setting us at ease. He was very gentle with our newborn, and the procedure was very quick.

Following the procedure, we were able to nurse our baby comfortably, and then Dr Diamond walked us through the dressing changes we would need to do. Everything was done professionally, and with the utmost care, and our baby healed well within the first few days.

My wife and I had the good fortune to have Dr. Diamond perform our son’s circumcision. The procedure was done in the comfort and safety of our home. Dr. Diamond’s knowledge, warmth and dedication were all evident throughout the entire process. Dr. Diamond was highly recommended to us by a friend, a Plastic Surgeon, who had Dr. Diamond perform his own son’s ritual circumcision. Dr. Diamond performed non-ritual circumcisions on both of our precious sons, and I can say only excellent things about Dr. Diamond. Not only is he a proficient technician, but he is an excellent communicator and he is sensitive to the needs of new parents. He made himself available in timing and location. His handouts were very informative and he was an excellent teacher with regards to after-care. I especially appreciated his follow up phone call to see how our boys were doing. Dr. Diamond is caring and compassionate, and I recommend him without hesitation, both as a physician (which he was not aware of at the time) and as a mother.

Dr. Aubie Diamond is a wonderful mohel. He has performed all 3 of my sons’ circumcisions and I have recommended him widely to friends, family, and patients. His remarks at each Bris were meaningful and personal and his technique skilled, efficient and precise. I followed his recommendations for advance application of a topical anesthetic and all 3 of my baby boys cried minimally during the diaper change before the procedure but not at all during the circumcision! They did not seem any worse for wear in the ensuing days and they all healed beautifully.
